Management

The Commissioners Board is the non-executive board that represents the whole shareholders and supervises the company’s management. The Commissioners Board has at least three members, where a President is appointed among them. The Commissioners Board members are appointed to serve for a five years period and approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
